Leonardslee Gardens
Created from 1801, Leonardslee Gardens have been maintained by the Loder family since 1889. Leonardslee is listed Grade I in the Register of Parks and Gardens and is set in a peaceful 240 acre valley with walks around seven beautiful lakes, giving delightful views and reflections. Some of the main points of interest are: the Grade I landscape with seven lakes; the gorgeous rhododendrons, azaleas, camellias and magnolias, some almost 200 years old. Visitors may also experience wallabies, deer and wildfowl or take a stroll around the rock garden and bonsai exhibition.
